R A C E (Rays of ANITS Chemical Engineers)

"RACE" (Rays of ANITS Chemical Engineers), the students association of the department of Chemical Engineering was started in February 2015 to enhance curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Till now, the department organized two-day National workshops on “Application of Computational Techniques in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering”, “Environmental challenges and strategies” during 24-25, February, 2015 and 09-10, December, 2016 respectively. The RACE body also organized two national level technical fest “CHEMFLARE2K15 and CHEMFLARE2K17”. The students were involved in extracurricular activities like making of Ganesh idols from paper, sugarcane and plastic wastes. There were also sports organized by the student body once in every quarter.
