Department Advisory Committee meeting on January 7th 2015

The chemical engineering department conducted a DAC (Department Advisory Committee) meeting on January 7th 2015. The agenda comprised issues regarding course structure planning for autonomous status, forging links with industry, identifying emerging areas for organization of guest lectures and workshops, improving consultancy potential, improving laboratory experiments with application to industry and improving employability. The members present were – Principal, Prof. V.S.R.K Prasad, Prof. R Govardhana Rao, HOD of Chemical Engineering & BT, Prof.S.Subba Rao, Dean of Chemical Engineering & BT, Prof. V.Sridevi, Prof. G. Hanumantha Rao, ANITS faculty from Chemical Engineering & BT, Prof.S.V.Naidu (Andhra University), Prof.D.Rami Reddy (A.U) and Director of LG Polymers, Sri S.V.Praveen.
